How To UN-install / RE-install GlobalProtect
REMOVE
a) go to Control Panel > Programs and Features
b) select GlobalProtect, press the Uninstall button
c) navigate to C:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks and delete the entire GlobalProtect folder
DOWNLOAD
To obtain the latest version of GlobalProtect:
d) in your web browser, go to ducati-vpn.gpcloudservice.com
e) login with your AD Username and MobilePASS PIN
f) click the GlobalProtect Agent link at the top right and select Download Windows 64 bit agent
INSTALL
g) navigate to your Downloads folder, right-click the GlobalProtect64.msi file, select Run as Administrator
